Concrete block is still the workhorse for additions, garages and a lot of custom home foundations in the GTA. Done right it's fast, strong and takes waterproofing well. Done badly it's a wet basement for the next owner. We lay block to the engineer's drawings, with proper footings, reinforcing, parging and dampproofing.

Working with your contractor
Most of this work comes to us through general contractors, designers and homeowners running their own additions. We coordinate with your excavator, framer and inspector, and we're used to being on a schedule that other trades depend on.
