Stone veneer is the fastest way to change how a house reads from the street. It goes over existing block, brick or framed walls, and it's most often used on a front porch, the lower band of a facade, chimney breasts and garden walls. The difference between a stone job that looks right and one that looks stuck on is almost entirely in the installation.

The parts you don't see
Weather barrier, lath, scratch coat, flashing and weep details are what keep stone on the wall and water out of it for thirty years. We don't skip any of them, and we'll show you the layers as we go if you're interested.
